Gabriela Jucá is a psychologist graduated from the Federal University of Ceará (Brazil). She holds a specialization in Analytical-Behavioral Therapy from the University of Fortaleza and a Master’s degree in Health Psychology from ISPA – Instituto Universitário (Lisbon).

Gabriela has experience providing clinical and psychosocial support to children, adolescents, parents and adults across a range of contexts, including clinical, institutional and community settings, within both the private and public sectors. Throughout her professional journey, she has worked with individuals and families navigating emotional, developmental and relational challenges, with a focus on creating a safe and supportive space for reflection, growth and change.

Her clinical practice is grounded in Behavior Analysis and contextual therapies, with particular attention to building a collaborative and compassionate therapeutic relationship that respects the uniqueness of each person’s life story. Her work focuses on promoting emotional awareness, supporting meaningful behavioural change and strengthening psychological flexibility, helping individuals navigate life transitions and challenges with greater resilience.

In addition to individual psychotherapy, Gabriela also has experience facilitating therapeutic groups and delivering psychoeducational activities aimed at supporting families and communities in promoting mental health and wellbeing.

Having lived and worked in different countries - Brazil, the United States, Portugal and Ireland - Gabriela brings a strong sensitivity to multicultural contexts and diverse life experiences, particularly in processes of adaptation, identity development and personal transformation.

Gabriela is a Professional Affiliate of the Psychological Society of Ireland (PSI).
